Vendor Terms

These terms apply to makers and shops (“you”) who subscribe to a place listing on glocal.cat (“we”). By starting a trial you agree to them.
What you get
While your subscription is active, your listing (product name, photo, short description, price if you give one, and a link to your shop) is the one thing shown for the place you chose: on its page, in its map panel and in the directory. It replaces the product we currently show there. Only one vendor can hold a place at a time. If your subscription ends, we may show a different product for that place again.
Free trial and billing
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the listed monthly price (currently €12/month, plus any tax that applies), and again every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from the billing portal link in your Stripe emails or by emailing hello@glocal.cat. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later stops the next renewal; your listing stays live until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
Listing review
We review every listing before it goes live, and only list vendors who genuinely make or sell the place’s product. If we can’t list you, we cancel your subscription before any charge. If two people claim the same place at nearly the same time, the first completed checkout gets it, and we’ll offer the other a different place or cancel their trial at no cost.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to the name, text and photo you send us, and you let us display them on glocal.cat and in its social posts about your place for as long as your listing is live. We may lightly edit descriptions for length and style. We can remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful or no longer accurate, and refund the current month if we do.
Changes
If we change the price or these terms, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it affects your subscription.
